Update Regarding COVID-19

We wanted to let you know that as of Monday, May 11, 2020 our office will reopen to better serve our patients. We have all been through a lot over the last couple of months and we are looking forward to resuming our normal habits and routines. Infection control has been a top priority of our practice. We will continue to keep our standard of the utmost to ensure the safety of all our patients and staff. We have followed all of the recommendations from the ADA, CDC, and OSHA and continue to follow these agencies so we are up-to-date on any new findings, or guidelines.

We are taking extended measures to further protect all our patients and team with the following additional protocols:

  • In compliance with the recommendations for public health, anyone with a cough or fever will not be allowed in the building and should stay home. We are happy to reschedule your appointment for a later date. We will be screening every patient to ensure the health of every patient is safe prior to your appointment.
  • Before your appointment, we ask that you remain in your car instead of the waiting room until we're ready to seat you in your personal operatory. Simply call us when you arrive, and we will let you know when we're ready for you. Our number is 828-254-1561.
  • Upon entering, you will be asked to sanitize your hands.
  • Please note we will be limiting the number of people in the office, so only the patients will be able to enter the building for their appointment. Any additional people will be asked to remain in the car. We know this may be inconvenient but we have to do everything possible to protect everyone involved. Of course, in special situations we can discuss that further should it arise.
  • Additionally, we are requesting you brush your teeth or use the restroom at home prior to coming to our office. We will be limiting the usage of our bathrooms to a “need” basis.

We look forward to seeing everyone again and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we take to keep you, and every patient, safe in our practice.

Thanks again! We love you all and hope everyone has stayed safe and healthy.

Sincerely,
Dr. Alicia Rodriguez and Team
